Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
  • Support meeting logistics, event signage, and workplace safety procedures
  • Administrative & Workplace Support
  • Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office applications
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office logs, records, and workplace communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support cross-functional operations as needed

  • SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service within a corporate environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
