Responsibilities
- Collect, prioritize and validate requirements with training partners and managers
- Analyze and validate customer requests, coordinate training needs and evaluate training criteria
- Develop customer/partner training risk mitigation strategies and recovery plan for training issues
- Collaborate with customer on requirement satisfaction targets
- Participate and support enterprise initiatives
- Understand and communicate governing documents and policies related to training
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team
- 5+ year experience coordinating schedules, information, and creating reports
- Ability to multitask and adapt to ever-changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Compensation
- Level 3: $83,000 - $92,250
- Level 4: $103,350 - $106,000
