Responsibilities

  • Lead accurate and timely monthly financial reporting in line with local GAAP and Delta Group policies.
  • Maintain a fully reconciled general ledger with appropriate accruals and prepayments.
  • Manage a finance team of 5 people, establish measurable KPIs, and ensure ongoing performance tracking.
  • Implement updates to the local authority matrix aligned with Group policies.

Requirements

  • Proven 5-10 years experience in a global PLC environment with rigorous reporting timelines and standardized financial practices.

Skills

  • Proficient in SAP finance modules and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
