About the role
- DESCRIPTION Join Oshkosh Aerotech as a Maintenance Repair Technician (MRT), where you'll be essential in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing PLC-controlled conveyor and baggage systems (BHS).
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- Maintain PLC-controlled baggage and conveyor systems to ensure smooth airport operations.
- Diagnose, Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain related controls equipment, components, and systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 1-2 years' maintenance experience
- Experience with 480V and 3-phase motors.
- Familiarity with Airport operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- While performing the duties of an Maintenance Repair Technician, the employee is regularly required to stand
- This role requires mechanical and electrical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various equipment to ensure airport operations run efficiently.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate understanding of PLC Control systems
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools, and CMMS software.
