Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear understanding of project status, timelines, and identifying any potential blockers that require attention.
Manage client expectations, including facilitating difficult conversations around scope and prioritization to ensure that budget and timeline requirements are met.
Support sales activities by joining prospect calls and writing proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.
Identify and manage opportunities to up-sell clients on additional product features, marketing services, or ongoing maintenance and support contracts.
