Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, status reports, and project documentation.
- Build strong client relationships by providing proactive communication, transparency, and exceptional service.
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between business requirements and project outcomes.

- Lead project completion activities, including client acceptance, final documentation, lessons learned, and project retrospectives. • Ensure a seamless transition to support or managed services teams when applicable. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within an IT consulting, managed services, or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Ensure accurate time tracking, invoicing support, and project reporting as required.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
- Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or Microsoft technology projects.
- Experience working within a consulting or managed services organization.
- Familiarity with resource planning, budgeting, and project financial management.
