The Network Operations Center (NOC) primarily serves the offshore industry and operates 24/7 on a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, and night shifts. The NOC is the hub of activity at Tampnet and you will work in a team that serves as the central point of
- contact for several departments, including Mobile, LTE, Satellite, Microwave, Subsea Fibre, Optics, and MPLS. - The Operations team currently consists of 6 full-time employees and 3 part-time employees.
- You will receive thorough training from the team, be assigned a mentor, and tasks will be adjusted based on your level of expertise.
- This position averages approximately 20 hours per week, and follows a rotating shift schedule of either 8a-12p or 7p-11p, alternating weekly, including weekends and holidays.
- Initial training will be conducted during weekday day shifts (Monday-Friday).
