Requirements

  • The Applications Specialist I supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role assists with application support, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and system improvements while learning enterprise development standards and best practices.
  • Application Support & Development Assist with the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internal business applications.
  • Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvements.
  • Help monitor and validate data interfaces to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support integration testing and documentation activities.
  • Business Partnership Work with business users and IT teams to understand application needs and support technical solutions.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting system changes.
  • Provide responsive support to internal users by troubleshooting application-related issues.
  • Documentation & Quality Maintain technical documentation, process guides, and application support materials.
  • Participate in application testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Follow established development standards, coding practices, and documentation requirements.
  • Continuous Learning Develop knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and software development practices.
