Requirements

- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.

- The Applications Specialist I supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications and integrations.
- Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role assists with application support, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and system improvements while learning enterprise development standards and best practices.
- Application Support & Development Assist with the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internal business applications.
- Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvements.
- Help monitor and validate data interfaces to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support integration testing and documentation activities.
- Business Partnership Work with business users and IT teams to understand application needs and support technical solutions.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting system changes.
- Provide responsive support to internal users by troubleshooting application-related issues.
- Documentation & Quality Maintain technical documentation, process guides, and application support materials.
- Participate in application testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
