About the role

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team.
This is a part-time position expected to work (4 hours / day x 2 days / week).
Locations: Toledo, OH Job Description: Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation.

Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.

Bachelor's degree in Human Performance, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
