About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily support and operational readiness of over 200 collaboration spaces, including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom rooms.
  • Develop and implement team-level AV processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery for all conferencing and event platforms.
  • Work with and build strong relationships with outside vendors as needed.
  • Assist in the design and installation of Audio Visual systems in renovation and new construction projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior staff and interns.
  • Leadership Acumen: You possess strong leadership and customer service skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • 5+ years of AV event technical management and 3+ years of commercial installation team lead experience.
  • Certifications: We encourage and support your growth through industry certifications like CTS, Network+, Dante, and more.

Requirements

  • As our Audio Visual Manager, you are the frontline leader responsible for the daily success of our AV services and team.
  • You also bring hands-on experience with high-stakes corporate events and commercial AV installation.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Advanced Skills: You'll have the opportunity to gain experience with ITSM ticketing systems and develop proficiency in AV programming and platforms like Extron, Biamp & Vizrt.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • CTS, Network+, Dante, or other relevant AV/IT certifications.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems is preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in AV programming and experience with DSP programming (Extron, Biamp)

  • Contribute to the annual budget process by providing suggestions for equipment replacement, SaaS renewals, and labor needs.
  • Act as a key resource in our technology planning by contributing to the annual budget process with suggestions for equipment and software, and assisting senior leadership with AV design for new projects.
