About the role
- Research and identify opportunities for innovation in data analysis and BI solutions, leading to improved operational performance and key business decisions.
- The base salary range for this role is $148,000 to $180,500 per year.

Responsibilities
- Build High-Performing Teams
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Analyze complex data sets, develop statistical models, and build interactive dashboards and reports to surface trends, identify risks, and surface opportunities for process optimization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Develop complex SQL queries, utilize data warehousing technologies, and apply scripting languages like Python to automate processes and analyze data.
- Deliver actionable insights to business and product teams, providing training on self-service reporting tools to democratize data across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
- Experience must include 1 year with: SQL, data warehousing concepts, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight)
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and model complex data, including experience with statistical analysis
- Office Address: 1110 112th Avenue NE, Suite 500, Bellevue, WA 98004 Other: 5% domestic travel required.
- 5% domestic travel required.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $148,000 to $180,500 per year.
- Team members will receive six paid holidays per year.

- C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
