About the role

  • MIH company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team.
  • Our commercial service division continues to expand throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond.
  • The Project Manager will work closely with senior managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of standardized processes and closeout documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage project data, workflows, client information, and reporting
  • Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience with or proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with construction or mechanical project workflows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and HVAC terminology
  • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (a plus but not required)

Nice to have

  • Assist in planning and managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution
  • Communicate project updates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Monitor job site progress and help resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements
  • Assist with project close-out, including final documentation and client sign-off
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Compensation

  • $100k - $120k annual salary, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
