About the role
- MIH company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team.
- Our commercial service division continues to expand throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond.
- The Project Manager will work closely with senior managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure projects.
Responsibilities
- Creation of standardized processes and closeout documents
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage project data, workflows, client information, and reporting
- Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Support procurement of materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- Experience with or proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction or mechanical project workflows
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Exposure to scheduling tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and HVAC terminology
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (a plus but not required)
Nice to have
- Assist in planning and managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution
- Communicate project updates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor job site progress and help resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements
- Assist with project close-out, including final documentation and client sign-off
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Compensation
- $100k - $120k annual salary, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
