About the role
- This is a high-visibility leadership role central to Matter Health's technology-driven mission and future.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-based data platforms and analytics infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouses, data pipelines, and integration solutions.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver impactful operational, clinical, financial, and strategic insights.
- Collaborate across departments to enable data-driven decision-making and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform organizations.

- Lead and set the vision for Matter Health's enterprise data strategy and long-term data roadmap.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance Matter Health's data ecosystem.
- Experience working with healthcare data, including EHR, payer, claims, CRM, or operational systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or related technologies.
- This position is primarily remote within the United States, with occasional travel (approximately every 6-8 weeks) to Matter Health corporate offices or market locations as needed.
