About the role
- Organize and plan Green Dot action events.
- Participate in monthly calls with grant manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Green Dot community trainings.
- Design social media graphics and create content around bystander intervention.
- Participate on statewide Green Dot team calls and collaborate with other subgrantees as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to assist with risk and protective survey efforts.
- Deliver training and presentations to community members, students, and professionals as needed.
- Attend and manage occasional evening and weekend events as needed.
- Participate in the North Dakota Primary Prevention Partners Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service or communications field, or a degree in a relevant discipline will also be considered.
- The ideal candidate has creativity and problem-solving skills alongside teamwork and effective communication.
Nice to have
- Experience/knowledge in the area of violence prevention is preferred.
Compensation
- $18.27-27.40 per hour based on education and experience. A generous leave package including annual leave, sick leave and personal days
- 11 paid holidays
- and potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.

- Co-coordinate Green Dot, a bystander intervention community program.
