About the role
- We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our Data Center Technology operations in Virginia and Texas.
- The incumbent will be stationed at our Daleville, Virginia facility and will report to the Engineer Manager for Systems Integration & Controls Manager.
- Working with and managing Senior Controls Technicians, ensuring they are trained and scheduled properly.
Responsibilities
- Working with other Engineering Groups to execute RFE Mechanical, Electrical, & Design Engineering needs.
- Roughly 50%/50% split of generating new revenue opportunities and Engineering support activities.
- This role is intended to help drive revenue growth through sales of controls parts and services, new product introduction support, and engineering excellence.
- Help develop strategic plans for controls development.
- Document, Update, & Maintain Standards as laid out by Service Engineering Director.
