About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to play a key role in the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Graykey.
  • Graykey is one of our most strategic and differentiated product lines that sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and digital forensic workflows.
  • This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in highly complex, mission-critical environments and is comfortable navigating tightly coupled hardware/software systems, evolving platform integrations, and customer-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Define clear customer and business outcomes, and be able to translate those into software deliverables and requirements, and drive them to delivery with cross-functional teams
  • Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels and create trust and strong relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role with significant ownership of complex products, ideally spanning software and hardware systems;
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a Technology Related Program, or

Nice to have

  • $125,000 - $ 175,000 (CAD) a year

Skills

  • Experience working on hardware products, particularly those tightly integrated with software
  • Prior experience in the Digital Forensics industry, Cybersecurity, or Law

Compensation

  • The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
  • Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
  • If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
  • $145,0000 - $195,000 (USD) a year
  • $125,000 - $ 175,000 (CAD) a year
  • Salary range (min - max)
