About the role

We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to play a key role in the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Graykey.
Graykey is one of our most strategic and differentiated product lines that sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and digital forensic workflows.
This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in highly complex, mission-critical environments and is comfortable navigating tightly coupled hardware/software systems, evolving platform integrations, and customer-driven innovation.

Define clear customer and business outcomes, and be able to translate those into software deliverables and requirements, and drive them to delivery with cross-functional teams
Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels and create trust and strong relationships

5+ years of experience in a Product Management role with significant ownership of complex products, ideally spanning software and hardware systems;
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a Technology Related Program, or

Experience working on hardware products, particularly those tightly integrated with software
Prior experience in the Digital Forensics industry, Cybersecurity, or Law

The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
$145,0000 - $195,000 (USD) a year
$125,000 - $ 175,000 (CAD) a year
