About the role
- In collaboration with Service Line Medical Directors, ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Serves as Medical Group Operations representative for Kettering Health initiatives.
- Overview Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and ensures achievement of the organization's strategic objective and leads strategic efforts for the service line(s).
- Leads and participates in Process Improvement activities including creation of policy and procedure formation for guiding and supporting the provisions of the service.
