About the role

  • The Child Welfare Research and Training Project (CWRTP), within the College of Health and Human Sciences, is seeking a Program Specialist III - PIAL+ADMYRE Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • The position supervises, mentors and supports a team of student workers and staff members, manages projects and develops efficient processes.
  • Additionally, the position includes exploring and developing new growth avenues for PIAL and ADMYRE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
  • Special Required Qualifications
  • If you enjoy coordinating people, timelines, and processes, this role may be a great fit.
  • Travel for outreach events is required in this position.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading outreach programming, preferably involving youth-focused services
  • Experience supervising and mentoring individuals or teams
  • Experience training and coaching staff and/or student workers
  • Experience utilizing Smartsheet or a similar project management tool
