- The Child Welfare Research and Training Project (CWRTP), within the College of Health and Human Sciences, is seeking a Program Specialist III - PIAL+ADMYRE Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- The position supervises, mentors and supports a team of student workers and staff members, manages projects and develops efficient processes.
- Additionally, the position includes exploring and developing new growth avenues for PIAL and ADMYRE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
- Special Required Qualifications
- If you enjoy coordinating people, timelines, and processes, this role may be a great fit.
- Travel for outreach events is required in this position.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated expertise in leading outreach programming, preferably involving youth-focused services
- Experience supervising and mentoring individuals or teams
- Experience training and coaching staff and/or student workers
- Experience utilizing Smartsheet or a similar project management tool
