Responsibilities
- Lead the full procurement cycle - sourcing, negotiating, contracting, issuing POs
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, audit support data, and documentation
- Mentor purchasing staff and support internal collaboration across divisions
- Support Estimating and Operations by aligning buy vs. rent strategies with project execution requirements

Requirements
- Years of experience: 5-7 years of progressive procurement experience in the construction industry
- Experience reviewing and approving subcontract agreements
- 5-7 years of progressive procurement experience in the construction industry
- 2+ years in a management or lead role
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Designations: SCMP or CIPS designation is an asset
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License

- Proficient in ERP / accounting systems (Acumatica is an asset)
- Advanced Excel - pivot tables, Power Query, spend analysis, reporting

- Ability to prepare procurement performance reports and vendor scorecards
