Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, configuration, and overall design of the GTM tech stack, primarily Salesforce and Outreach; ensuring scalable, integrated, and reliable systems that support the global sales organization.
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in sales workflows and implement system enhancements and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or sales systems administration.
- Strong data modeling skills and proven experience managing data quality across sales systems.
- Proficiency with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse, including strong SQL skills.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bonus If You Have:
- Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company with a channel-led, two-tier distribution, or hybrid GTM model.

Nice to have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications.
- Experience with CPQ, marketing automation, or BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) and integration platforms.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration expertise (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred).
- Experience with Outreach and sales engagement platforms, plus data enrichment tools such as D&B and ZoomInfo.
Skills
- Assess, recommend, and onboard new tools as needed, maintaining a forward-looking systems roadmap aligned to GTM strategy.
Compensation
- The base salary range is $145,000-$155,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits.
- Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience.
- Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
