Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients, outsourcers, agents, and other end users.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure business and client requirements are met.

Compensation
- anticipated hourly rate from $17.50 to $25.00 based on skills and experience.
- This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
