Requirements

  • Must be able to work Tuesday-Friday Noon-8pm, Saturday 3-11pm.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
  • Education
  • Bachel or's degree in electrical engineering, Mech anical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience
  • Entry- level to early career professional engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting industrial equipment, automation systems, conveying systems, controls, or electrical infrastructure is preferred.
  • Internship, co-op, or project experience related to automation, controls, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial engineering is beneficial.

Nice to have

  • Coordinate the fabrication, installation, startup, operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, controls, motors, conveyors, and automated systems.
  • Analyze equipment performance and recommend modifications to improve reliability, productivity, efficiency, and safety.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate automation technologies, conveying systems, operational methods, and workflow procedures to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Recommend innovative solutions that improve throughput, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Analyze process data and equipment trends to identify root causes of operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs focused on operational excellence and cost reduction.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
