About the role
- Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is actively seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team in Ohio.
- This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting adolescents in a structured, therapeutic residential environment.
- We are hiring for all shifts, with immediate openings for 2nd shift candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide structure and implement appropriate behavioral interventions
- Document interactions and progress using EMR and daily logs
- Support residents in achieving individualized treatment goals
Requirements
- Weekend availability required as scheduled
- Transport residents to appointments when required
- Participate in required training and professional development
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
Compensation
- $18k-$21k
