Responsibilities
- Since starting 18 months ago, we've raised $100,000,0000+ from world-class investors such as Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Contrary Ventures and Google Ventures, as well as more than 20 angel investors who've built, scaled, and exited some of the most impactful companies of the last decade.
- As our Senior Recruiter, you'll build our talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, EU, and LATAM.
- Build and execute DualEntry's recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
- Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
- Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
- Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch

- An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
- Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)
Compensation
- $120,000 - $170,000
- Equity: $40,000 - $55,000
