Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a childcare lead teacher.
  • Strong understanding of child development and current early education practices.
  • Creative, patient, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Early Childhood Staff Credential, degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent certification required for Lead Teacher designation.
