About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management capability with a solid understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and operational transformation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Support warehouse, logistics, transportation, network design, automation, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Drive project governance and reporting, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, project planning, and solution development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
Nice to have
- 5-10+ years' experience in project management within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, consulting, or operational transformation environments.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, distribution networks, warehousing, transportation, inventory, or automation solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across geographically dispersed teams.
- Preferred Experience
- Consulting, supply chain advisory, or transformation experience.
