About the role

  • In this role, you will define compelling messaging, enable sales teams, and champion customer insights to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.
  • The VetLab organization focuses on delivering diagnostic solutions that empower veterinarians with actionable insights.
  • You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to bring new products and features to market while aligning global and regional needs.

Responsibilities

  • You will design, plan, and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product features and major releases
  • You'll develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market
  • You will define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze performance to optimize adoption and retention
  • You'll mentor and support team members as needed
  • Strong ability to influence, persuade, and build alignment across stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Preferred skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Master's preferred

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
