About the role
- This position will receive skillset training including soldering, epoxy application, laser welding, good documentation practices, etc.
- Raises issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation, and training when needed
- Responsible for operating equipment and processes per process specifications
Requirements
- Production employees have the ability to grow over time within the company, both in Production as well as other departments such as material control or quality.
- Under guidance of team members able to pull components required for orders
- Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
Compensation
- $11k-$15k
