About the role
- This job requires active TS/SCI clearance.
- The GEOINT Collection neXt (GCX) Program, awarded May 25 as a 7-year contract, is dedicated to sustaining and advancing the GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) system.
- It enables users to search, discover, and retrieve imagery and other GEOINT data, while centrally managing collection, exploitation, dissemination, and production tasks across a broad network of commercial and national providers.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship responsive Angular/TypeScript features, turning product and UX designs into accessible, high-performance components.
- Own key UI architecture decisions (components, state, routing, performance), integrate with REST/GraphQL services, and deliver clean, well-tested code.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering, troubleshoot production issues with root-cause fixes, participate in code reviews, and improve pipelines and developer tooling.
- Document decisions and implementations to keep the codebase maintainable.
