Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs
Work with building automation systems [BAS], thermostats, sensors, and control panels
Maintain professional conduct on customer sites and represent the company positively
Maintain clean and organized job sites
The Commercial HVAC Field Team Lead is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing day-to-day technical leadership and support to field technicians.
This role supports mission-critical equipment across customer sites and is responsible for promoting system reliability, safety, energy efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
In addition to serving as a highly skilled technician, the Field Team Lead acts as a technical resource for the service team, assisting with complex troubleshooting, mentoring and developing technicians, supporting onboarding and training efforts, and helping drive consistency in service delivery.
The Field Team Lead works closely with Service Managers, Dispatch, and fellow technicians to coordinate field activities, resolve escalated issues, and ensure projects and service calls are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Ability to troubleshoot difficult and complex repairs for electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
Experience with chillers, boilers, and/or BAS controls
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Journeyman or Master HVAC license [state or local, where applicable]
Electrical troubleshooting beyond basic component replacement
Factory training or OEM certifications
