- The pay rate for this engagement is $45.00 - $51.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Help implement scalable processes and systems that improve efficiency and enable the creative team to deliver best-in-class work.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity and workload balance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This role is critical to ensuring our creative team operates at its highest potential, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects that drive business growth.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via video conference, and through written communication.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 15 lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting in-house creative, marketing, brand, or agency teams.
- Strong proficiency with Asana and/or similar project management platforms (Monday.com, Wrike, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.
- Experience supporting global marketing or creative organizations.
- Knowledge of creative production workflows across print, digital, social, video, and web.
