Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries, resolve service problems, document customer requests, and finalize policy adjustments
  • Scanning of documents to electronic image system
  • We continue to innovate sensibly, build relationships with our partners and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Policy Administration team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a growing business
  • Ability to take on new tasks as needed
  • A qualified candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be customer focused, detail oriented and able to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
