About the role

  • The Painter is responsible for preparing, inspecting, painting, and completing finished wheels and related products in accordance with company quality and production standards.
  • The Painter is also responsible for operating, loading, and unloading the burn oven and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform final quality inspections of finished wheels and components to ensure products meet established company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Dependability - Follows instructions and responds appropriately to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; completes assigned tasks on time; communicates with the appropriate supervisor when issues may impact production or completion of work.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality concerns in finished products.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and established work processes.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality and productivity standards.
  • Ability to safely operate and work around production equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and finished products as required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or production painting preferred.
