About the role

  • As a Copywriter, Social & Digital at Monks, your words will inform, engage, and move audiences for one of the world's biggest CPG food companies.
  • This isn't a role for someone who waits for the brief - it's for a writer who scrolls with intent, thinks in formats, and knows exactly what makes a thumb stop mid-swipe.
  • You'll be part of a nimble, AI-forward creative team, owning short-form copy across social, digital media, and always-on content, bringing cultural fluency and genuine craft to everything from a six-word caption to a paid social headline.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, CDs, and Project Managers on projects of all scales, ensuring copy and visuals land as one unified idea.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's social voice, keeping consistency across always-on content while staying responsive to cultural moments, trends, and reactive opportunities.
  • Continuously raise the bar for writing quality, developing yourself and elevating the people around you through shared craft.
  • Proven experience writing for social and digital platforms, with fluency in how copy performs differently across paid vs. organic and native vs. boosted formats.

  • $65,000 - $74,000 USD
