About the role

In the role of General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team on the day-to-day management and successful operation of the hotel.
You'll work very closely with a multitude of stakeholders both on and off property to ensure the overall success of the hotel.

You are an experienced General Manager, a commercially savvy operator and have prior experience in a similar role.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager and significant experience in high-end Lifestyle hotels
You have experience leading successful openings, transitions and resort, and luxury & lifestyle where the experience is branded from beginning to end.
You are comfortable in the spotlight but always remain humble and kind.
You have a passion for hospitality, you inspire an enthusiastic guest-centered approach.
You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all, guests and team alike.
You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
You are able to easily identify and utilize emerging trends and technology to generate revenue.
You exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations.
You are highly responsible, reliable and ethical.
