  • In the role of General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team on the day-to-day management and successful operation of the hotel.
  • You'll work very closely with a multitude of stakeholders both on and off property to ensure the overall success of the hotel.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced General Manager, a commercially savvy operator and have prior experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager and significant experience in high-end Lifestyle hotels
  • You have experience leading successful openings, transitions and resort, and luxury & lifestyle where the experience is branded from beginning to end.
  • You are comfortable in the spotlight but always remain humble and kind.
  • You have a passion for hospitality, you inspire an enthusiastic guest-centered approach.
  • You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all, guests and team alike.
  • You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
  • You are able to easily identify and utilize emerging trends and technology to generate revenue.
  • You exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations.
  • You are highly responsible, reliable and ethical.
