About the role
- We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our product development team.
- We're searching for passionate candidates looking to work with a great team of Developers, Front End Developers, Designers & Product Managers.
- With a mix of manual and automated testing techniques you'll use industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform upstream testing and analysis to prevent bugs from entering the product.
- Report, track, and manage defects, ensuring they are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure alignment on quality goals and requirement analysis.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Work independently with minimal guidance to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case creation, optimize testing workflows, and write automation scripts.
- Lead the automation effort by creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- We may use AI to support our hiring process.

Compensation
- $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Bonus: 20% Committed to flexible work arrangements, offering hybrid workplace options.
