About the role
- Track progress of leasing deals, ensuring accuracy of records and timely updates in internal systems
- Ensure broker commissions are processed, tracked and reconciled
- Prepare and distribute the monthly leasing vacancy report
Responsibilities

- Enter and update transaction details in systems such as VTS and Yardi to maintain accurate deal pipelines
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals and packages for both internal and external use as needed
- Maintain and update leasing brochures and keep property listings current on the company website
- Maintain the accuracy of marketing materials and coordinate occasional email Campaigns
- This position ensures accurate, timely communication of leasing information, supports property marketing efforts, and provides essential support during budgeting and deal management processes.

Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
- Proactive and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- must be able to work independently as well as take direction from team members.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and has a positive outlook and attitude
- Experience with Yardi, VTS, or similar is an asset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (commercial real estate preferred)
