About the role

  • Track progress of leasing deals, ensuring accuracy of records and timely updates in internal systems
  • Ensure broker commissions are processed, tracked and reconciled
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly leasing vacancy report

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update transaction details in systems such as VTS and Yardi to maintain accurate deal pipelines
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals and packages for both internal and external use as needed
  • Maintain and update leasing brochures and keep property listings current on the company website
  • Maintain the accuracy of marketing materials and coordinate occasional email Campaigns
  • This position ensures accurate, timely communication of leasing information, supports property marketing efforts, and provides essential support during budgeting and deal management processes.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
  • Proactive and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • must be able to work independently as well as take direction from team members.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and has a positive outlook and attitude
  • Experience with Yardi, VTS, or similar is an asset
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (commercial real estate preferred)
