Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- manage performance reviews and scheduling
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Review productivity with team leads and support loss prevention initiatives
- Maintain operational reports
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and variance analysis

Requirements
- Required use of PPE (safety shoes, eyewear, etc.)
Nice to have
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Bilingualism is an asset (English & French)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP and RF experience an asset
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Team development experience
- Organization and multitasking ability
