About the role
- Oversee the full local HR lifecycle-from hiring and mobility to exit-along with local training, compensation, labor/union relations, and HR reporting within a specific region.
Responsibilities
- Assist with audits necessary to maintain corporate compliance and insure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Maintains employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and retention policies.
- Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the human resources department.

Requirements
- Assist the HR Director in completing all required tasks and reporting in order to meet or exceed all corporate requirements.
- Develop complex and strategic ad hoc reporting as required
- Administers drug testing programs and coordinating quarterly random testing as required.
- Bachelor's degree (business, organizational management, human resources management or related degree), and a minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Must have experience supporting front-line management
Nice to have
- Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, and Cornerstone experience preferred.
- Multi-state experience is preferred.
- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing or distribution environments strongly preferred.
