About the role
- This role will be focused on guaranteeing on-time material replenishment & delivery, supporting shipping & receiving, and ensuring accurate inventories.
Responsibilities
- Deliver materials to designated work centers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records
- Support periodic physical inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S/housekeeping standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or material handling in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Proven Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability with inventory accuracy
Nice to have
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) preferred
Compensation
- The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20 and $23/hour.
- In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity for this position.
