Responsibilities
- The purpose we live by impacts the lives of our team members, drives the experiences for our guests, builds community with like-minded travelers and takes care of the planet we live in.
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and uphold the standards of cleanliness and presentation expected of a luxury 5-star hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze housekeeping reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing leadership, guidance, and support to housekeeping team members.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team.

Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a housekeeping management role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong operational experience preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of housekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of housekeeping management software systems is desirable.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Compensation
- $75k-$80k
