Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments, testing, and analyses in accordance with established methods and safety standards
- Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and systems
- Support formulation development, product improvement, and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with senior chemists and cross‑functional teams to meet project and business objectives
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and a safe, organized working environment
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced scientists and cross‑functional partners, applying scientific rigor, curiosity, and resilience to help drive business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Working knowledge of basic analytical and laboratory techniques
- Foundational laboratory experience gained through industry, internships, or academic research
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑based environment
- Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced setting
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is 60-65k but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job‑related, non‑discriminatory facto
