  • EDUCATION: - Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, and/or equivalent experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral and emotional supervision or support to participants, including reality orientation and reminders to follow care team recommendations.
  • Regularly report observed changes in participants' condition to the Lead and/or Center Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in direct care areas.
  • Support the delivery of participant meals, medications, and other supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the community served.
  • Ability to communicate and speak clearly in English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide documentation in accordance with federal I-9 requirements
  • Ability to transfer, push/pull, maneuver, and reposition up to 35 lbs.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including reports, documentation, recordkeeping, mandatory training, and attendance at required meetings.

Compensation

  • Range: $ 23 - $24/Hourly
  • This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factor
  • This range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included.
