Responsibilities
- Ability to engage with IT decision-makers and provide consultative sales support.
- Develop SolarWinds business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets.
- Execute prospecting, lead generation, and sales activities for SolarWinds products, with a focus on full-stack Observability (on-prem and SaaS), as well as the database portfolio.
- Use a consultative approach for warm calls and manage warm leads for product evaluations and trials.
- Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide superior customer service during the evaluation process, create quotes, coordinate with channel partners, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring and database portfolio products.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Skills
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and provide network management solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling, email communication, and channel coordination.
- Manage the sales pipeline through its entire cycle.
- Engage with IT decision-makers across various enterprises and locations.
- Identify renewal, new business, channel partnership, and local market opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
