About the role
- The Junior Financial Management Analyst/ Consultant position requires a minimum of one-year previous professional experience and a desire to work in consulting and finance.
- This position will be working with a team of consultants, as well as independent direct tasking and communication with clients on a daily basis.
- General accounting activities include account analysis/reconciliation, monthly variance analysis and analytics, financial tracking, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Responsibilities
- Our consultants work directly with government clients to support complex financial Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE), and programmatic issues.
- This position will provide specialized experience in performing accounting and financial management support with management oversight/supervision.

Requirements
- As a routine part of work, employees will generally be required to use their hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; and talk and hear.
Skills
- Financial data visualization (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) and Access database experience are also strongly desired.
Compensation
- Excel is used on a daily basis, so existing and demonstrated experience is required.
- Financial data visualization (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) and Access database experience are also strongly desired.
- Experience with the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) System is desired, but not required.

- 55,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year (San Diego)
- Our financial management support covers a range of services, to include development of Department of Defense (DoD) budgets and execution of annual financial spend plan requirements.
