About the role

  • This is a broad-scope role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end: Own the highest-priority cross-functional projects from scoping and analysis through execution and follow-through.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team: Serve as a trusted thought partner on company priorities, strategic decisions, and emerging challenges.
  • Strengthen operational infrastructure: Identify gaps in processes, systems, and workflows across the organization and drive improvements that enable the business to scale.
  • Accelerate go-to-market: Support sales operations, build client-facing materials, develop positioning frameworks, and help close strategic accounts alongside the leadership team.
  • Bias toward action and ownership: You thrive in ambiguity, take initiative without being asked, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, in venture capital or private equity investing, or in a high-impact operating role at an early-stage startup.

Nice to have

  • Strong command of Excel and data analysis.
  • SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
