About the role

  • This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as you will assist the Install Manager in coordinating materials and labor (both employees and subcontractors) while keeping their projects on schedule.
  • Familiar with a variety of the Company's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Install manager with scheduling installation dates and service requests, ordering all job materials, and pulling building permits
  • The Project Specialist's duties and responsibilities include providing project administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Install Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an office environment with scheduling and direct customer service experience.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all the Project Specialist's duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.
