Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement
- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously
- Deliver high-quality candidates for urgent and ongoing client needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate documentation
- Top-performing recruiters have the opportunity to build a substantial income while working remotely.
- Our recruiting team is here to support you throughout the process-from initial conversation to placement and beyond.
Requirements
- Conduct proactive cold outreach by phone (required)
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, or Registered Nurses
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound recruiting calls
- Ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Success working in a commission-based environment
- Must reside in Canada
- Eligible to complete a W-8BEN tax form
- Strong organizational and time management skills
