  • Responsible for overseeing integration results to the general ledger for accounting accuracy and lead automation of current manual processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Financial Institutional Accounting and/or Finance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Accounting or Finance major preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • advanced Excel, experience with Workday a plus

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000 -$132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
  • Responsible for providing analytical skills for the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, reporting activities and audits for Wintrust Financial Corporation.
