About the role
- Production Process Technician - E is responsible for supporting production demands through problem solving, excellent customer service, and commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of all downtime events with appropriate detail.
- Support engineering staff in the development of new processes for manufacturing.
- Communicating Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, considering the unique needs of different audiences.
- Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
Requirements
- Must be available to work overtime, as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
